Ordering Procedures
Placing orders is easy! Send your completed order form via fax, mail, or online at nissan.finerline.com. The Company Store will send an acknowledgement upon receipt of your order. If you find it necessary to expedite order processing, you may call in your order to the Company Store toll free at 866-2FORKLIFT. Please have all ordering information ready and ask for Company Store customer service.
Stock Merchandise
All merchandise included in the program is in stock at the Company Store and will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. If your order exceeds inventory levels, you will be notified immediately and advised as to when the backorder can be filled. Please plan ahead on large orders whenever possible. We realize that emergencies sometimes occur and we will work closely with you to meet your delivery requirements.
Custom Merchandise
If you don't see an item, just ask! The Company Store will assist you with all your promotional, marketing, or merchandising needs. Please call toll free 866-2FORKLIFT. We have a very clear understanding of the Nissan Forklift Corporate identity guidelines and you can rest assured that they are being closely followed.
Need to see other catalogs to assist you with your custom selection? The Company Store can send individual catalogs from any of thousands of manufacturers we represent or we can send catalogs such as Impact or Spectrum, which incorporate best selling items from many different manufacturers into one catalog.
If artwork is required for your custom order, the Company Store will develop camera ready art at extremely reasonable rates. Art will be faxed to you for your final approval.
Shipping & Handling
Stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. Product should arrive within 3-4 working days via UPS. Shipping charges for stock merchandise are published on our order form. You will be notified immediately if your merchandise is on backorder. Custom orders should allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. These orders are subject to factory shipping charges.
Rush Shipping
Rush Delivery: We offer priority handling and rush delivery for an additional charge of $10.00 per address. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from receipt of order. For orders to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii, the additional charge is $25.00. Overnight delivery is also available for $25.00 per address. Orders must be received by noon (Central Time) for next day delivery.
Returns
The Company Store will replace any incorrect or damaged merchandise. Please call for authorization and retain original packaging materials. For merchandise with a manufacturer warranty, please follow warranty instructions included with item.
